Business Development Manager - Germany

<p>The incumbent will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities across the EMEA region, enhancing the client portfolios and market presence.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Identify and develop business opportunities in the EMEA region and turn them into actionable portfolios and steps through close partnership with the Europe trading teams.</li><li>Create and execute achievable roadmaps for business expansion and client diversification.</li><li>Initiate outreach to new revenue sources and introduce service to increase revenue.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather intelligence to shape effective sales strategies.</li><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders for business development.</li><li>Support ad hoc projects and related tasks as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Work experience: minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the semiconductor industry.</li><li>Product knowledge: Commodity knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong business acumen.</li><li>Self-driven, confident, proactive, and detail oriented.</li><li>Well-organized with ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>European languages such as German are preferred.  </li><li>Proficient in MS Office.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally regularly to develop and maintain client relationships.</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are an Equal <span class="WKM0"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span> Action Employer.</i></p>
