Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding Forex trading platforms, account issues, and market-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting trading platforms or software.
- Address and resolve client queries related to currency pairs, spreads, leverage, margin calls, and trade execution.
- Educate clients on Forex market trends, tools, and strategies, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Forex market to assist clients effectively, even during volatile market conditions.
