Seeking a Head of Demand Generation, the full-time remote leader will own the full pipeline function strategy and execution, manage a two-person team, and drive marketing investment into revenue. Key responsibilities Set and achieve pipeline and MQL targets Develop and implement a full-funnel strategy across various marketing channels Manage budget allocation and performance reporting while ensuring alignment with sales on lead quality Required qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation At least 2 years of team management experience with coaching skills Proficiency in managing paid performance and marketing systems Strong data analysis skills, including dashboard creation and budget justification Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
