Utilize expert knowledge and experience in avionics and electrical systems to review and approve designs and modifications. Conduct thorough analysis and testing to identify potential issues and ensure safety and reliability of avionics and electrical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of avionics and electrical systems. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians to ensure proper installation and maintenance of avionics and electrical systems. Review and approve technical documentation and reports related to avionics and electrical systems. Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to avionics and electrical systems and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance. Liaise with TCCA and other regulatory agencies to obtain necessary certifications and approvals for avionics and electrical systems. Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations to improve the performance and reliability of avionics and electrical systems. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in avionics and electrical systems. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the procurement of high-quality avionics and electrical components. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize the avionics and electrical systems. Ensure timely completion of all certification activities and maintain accurate records. Represent the company in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to discuss avionics and electrical systems.
