Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations best practices is beneficial.
  • Hilton Expirence is plus-PEP
