<p>The Team:</p><p>The HR Strategy & Shared Services function sets the foundation of People Experience at S&P Global Mobility. Spanning across Global Shared Services, Payroll, Workday & HR Analytics, and HR Transformation & Portfolio Management, this team is a technology-enabled engine to drive discipline, efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless day-to-day experience for our people.</p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>The HR Transformation Analyst will report to the HR Transformation & Portfolio Management Lead and play a pivotal role in driving the execution of key initiatives to enable our global HR operating model. Serving as a connector between business stakeholders, HR Centers of Expertise, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Technology, Legal, Finance), this role will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, by clear accountability owners, and aligned to strategic priorities.</p><p>Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Analyst will support the execution of HR transformation initiatives through strong analytical, process improvement, and project coordination capabilities.
