The Role
We're looking for a performance-driven Organic Growth Manager to build and scale organic growth efforts across the Mode Mobile portfolio, starting primarily with NGL and expanding proven playbooks to other apps over time. You'll own influencer, creator, and social-led growth — including influencer partnerships that may consolidate under this role — and be responsible for designing viral growth loops, community activation, and organic content strategy that compounds reach without relying on paid spend. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of UA & Growth, working closely with Creative and the UA team to build a genuine second acquisition engine alongside paid.
Who You Are and What You'll Do
- Own and scale organic growth efforts across the portfolio, starting primarily with NGL, with an eye toward expanding proven playbooks to other apps.
- Own influencer, creator, and UGC partnerships — sourcing, briefing, negotiating, and managing creator relationships end-to-end (this role may take over influencer program ownership currently split elsewhere on the team).
- Design and test viral growth loops (referral mechanics, share moments, community activation) in partnership with Product and Creative.
- Build organic/social content strategy and distribution, using AI tools to scale output without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
- Track and report on organic growth channel performance, tying content and creator activity back to installs, engagement, and CAC offset.
- Manage vendor relationships in the creator/UGC/influencer space, including negotiation and performance escalation.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, format trends, and emerging social/short-form channels, translating them into testable growth bets.
What You Bring to the Team
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in organic growth, influencer/UGC marketing, or social-led growth for a consumer app or mobile-first product.
- Proven track record running influencer and organic growth programs end-to-end, with measurable impact on installs, engagement, or virality.
- AI-native — goes beyond prompting for quick answers; comfortable building and iterating on AI-driven processes, workflows, or lightweight agents to scale content production and growth-loop testing.
- Strong understanding of app growth loops, virality mechanics, and short-form/social platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Data-informed — comfortable tying organic activity to acquisition and retention metrics, even without perfect attribution.
- Self-starter who thrives building a new discipline with limited playbook, with excellent communication and creator-relationship skills.
- Bonus: experience with ASO, referral/viral mechanics, or web-to-app organic flows.
