The configuration readiness team has scope and focus areas defined as: * Production Insertion and Fleet Release of New Capabilities * Engineering for Correction of Deficiencies * Change Integration * Concurrency * Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Management The configuration readiness team operates in a dynamic environment and touches across the entire program life cycle from development with capability insertion to the production line and into sustainment.
