Compensation – Pay Per Study Model (1099):
Our compensation model is based on volume and case mix, giving radiologists the ability to scale their earnings based on availability, licenses, and types of studies read. Many of our radiologists earn approximately $300–$700 per hour depending on case mix, number of state licenses, and time of day.

Radiologists who read a mix of modalities and hold multiple state licenses typically have higher volume and increased earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ABR or AOBR Board-Certified Radiologist
  • Board-eligible (passing core exam)
  • Comfortable reading multiple modalities (X-ray, US, CT, MRI, CTA)
  • Multiple state licenses are a plus (IMLCC helpful)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling:
Our greatest need is evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling options within those high-volume times-afternoons, evenings, and overnights. Some daytime shifts may be available depending on state licenses and case mix.

If you’re looking for flexibility, work–life balance, and the opportunity to increase your income while working remotely, we would love to connect with you.
