Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborating closely with our North-American Retail go-to-market team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales department’s operations. If you’re organized, ambitious, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to join a dynamic, growing organization.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please note that you will be working North-American (NOAM) time shifts in this role. </strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to ensure risks of stock outages/backorders are minimized</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supporting sales teams with data entry for applications and submit supporting documentation for the relevant teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor existing applications through lifecycles and engage with relevant teams and customers, where necessary, to ensure successful boarding of new merchants</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Action updates to existing accounts related to addresses, banking information and ownership changes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support Leadership team members with occasional administrative tasks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist in the maintenance of accurate records in company CRM</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure launch cases are correctly created and received by Launch team with payments being processed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and improve lead/account data quality through data scrubbing, enrichment, and CRM management while identifying opportunities to reduce manual work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support sales operations by analyzing workflows, leveraging AI tools and automation, and improving process efficiency across lead generation and reporting.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">And a little bit of…<strong> </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What you need to bring:</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience in a fast-paced, administrative or customer service role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stellar time management and organization skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Remarkable communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prior experience working in a retail environment </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, lead enrichment, or data operations tools such as Clay.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical mindset with an interest in AI workflows, automation, and operational process improvement.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our hiring process is very straightforward.
