Combining creative, technical, and operational expertise, this role ensures that content across <i>arrow.com</i> is visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with business objectives.</p><p>You will serve as the team’s CMS expert and play a key role in standardizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent execution across all digital campaign touchpoints.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><h3><b>Web Content Creation & Publishing</b></h3><ul><li>Design, build, and publish campaign landing pages, manufacturer pages, event pages, and editorial content on <i>arrow.com</i></li><li>Create and update digital assets including banners, promotional elements, and page components</li><li>Translate marketing briefs into compelling, conversion-oriented web experiences</li><li>Ensure content aligns with brand standards, UX best practices, and campaign goals</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Content Management & Optimization</b></h3><ul><li>Own content updates and maintenance within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Optimize pages for performance, usability, SEO, and accessibility</li><li>Leverage reusable components and templates to increase scalability and consistency</li><li>Continuously enhance layouts, structures, and content approaches</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Subject Matter Expertise (SME)</b></h3><ul><li>Act as the primary expert for CMS tools, content structures, and publishing workflows</li><li>Define and enforce best practices for web content creation and governance</li><li>Provide guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders and team members</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and efficiency</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Cross-functional Collaboration</b></h3><ul><li>Partner with campaign managers, designers, developers, and supplier stakeholders</li><li>Align closely with global marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign execution</li><li>Manage content requests and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul><p></p><h3><b>Quality Assurance & Performance</b></h3><ul><li>Perform QA checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and consistency</li><li>Monitor engagement and performance metrics to inform optimization</li><li>Ensure compliance with accessibility, legal, and brand standards</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></h2><ul><li>3–5+ years of experience in web content design, digital marketing, or similar role</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, or similar)</li><li>Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design</li><li>Experience building marketing pages and digital campaign content</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and content performance optimization</li><li>High attention to detail with strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>Experience in B2B, technology, or distribution environments</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS</li><li>Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools</li><li>Exposure to marketing automation and campaign platforms</li></ul><p></p><p><span>#LI-MN1</span></p></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Location:</b></h1>PL-Poland - Remote<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Time Type:</b></h1>Full time<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Category:</b></h1>Marketing and Communications
