Sr. Engagement Manager
<p><span style="font-size: 16px">The Senior Engagement Manager is responsible for allocating the appropriate technical resources to specific client engagements that do not fit into a scoped project model. This includes prompt support for clients calling with immediate response issues such as a system down.
