Virtual Receptionist: Inbound Call Handling & Lead Collection (Scripted)

I am looking for a reliable virtual receptionist / lead intake assistant to help answer a light volume of inbound calls for my home services business.

This is a scripted inbound call handling role. The job is to answer calls professionally, ask a short set of qualifying questions, enter the lead into the CRM, and send a brief summary after each call.

This role is not for cold calling, aggressive sales, or appointment closing.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner

Follow a short script and ask 8–10 qualifying questions

Collect lead details accurately

Enter lead information into the CRM

Send a short written summary after each call

Maintain a warm, professional tone with callers

Important Compensation Note

Call volume is expected to be light at the beginning.

This is not a paid standby role and not paid waiting time.

Compensation will be for active work only, including:

answered inbound calls

lead intake

CRM entry

short written follow-up / summary

Please apply only if you are comfortable with a compensation structure based on actual tasks completed rather than hourly availability alone.

If call volume increases in the future, I may revisit the structure.

Ideal Candidate

Strong spoken English

Professional and friendly phone presence

Comfortable following scripts

Accurate with note-taking and CRM entry

Reliable during EST business hours

Able to keep calls brief and organized

Experience with customer service, receptionist work, or lead intake preferred

Greeting the caller
