GENERAL SUMMARY
The Vice President, Enterprise Data & Analytics leads the Credit Union’s enterprise-wide data and analytics organization and is accountable for transforming governed, trusted data into actionable business insight aligned with strategic objectives.
This role establishes the strategic direction, operating model, and success metrics for two core functions: Business Analytics and Data Management, Governance & Enablement. Working closely with executive leadership and business partners across Operations, Lending, Finance, Marketing, Retail Delivery, and other departments, the VP ensures that enterprise data assets are trusted, accessible, secure, and leveraged to drive informed decision-making.
The VP serves as the Credit Union’s senior leader for data strategy, analytics, governance, and modern data platform enablement. The role is responsible for advancing organizational data maturity, establishing a data-driven culture, maturing governance practices, and maximizing business value through analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree or advanced professional degree preferred.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, information management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of leadership experience managing managers, senior leaders, and professional teams.
- Experience leading enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, and modern data platform initiatives required.
- Experience within financial services, banking, credit unions, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own and execute the Credit Union’s multi-year enterprise data and analytics strategy and roadmap
- Advance organizational data maturity through improved governance, quality, accessibility, analytics adoption, and data-driven decision-making
- Lead the Business Analytics and Data Management, Governance & Enablement functions through clear objectives, operating discipline, and measurable outcomes
- Provide strategic direction for the modern data platform, enterprise reporting, analytics capabilities, and governance practices
- Serve as the senior enterprise partner for data-driven decision-making across executive leadership, business units, and governance forums
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing data and analytics organization
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise data management, governance, quality, metadata, and master data management practices.
- Strong understanding of modern data platform architecture, including cloud-based data platforms and lakehouse technologies.
- Experience leading analytics, business intelligence, predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of financial services operations, products, and member engagement strategies.

Zone 1: $179,764.00 - $247,175.50
Zone 2: $163,585.24 - $224,929.71
Zone 3: $151,001.76 - $207,627.42
Zone 4: $143,811.20 - $197,740.40
This position is eligible to participate in the Key Employee Incentive Plan. Annual incentive opportunity ranges from 0–14% of incentive eligible earnings, based on institutional performance (0–4%) and individual performance (0–10%). Incentive payments are discretionary and subject to approval.
