About the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and creative Growth & Revenue Manager to take charge of driving occupancy and expanding our hotel business. This is not a traditional operational role. You will be the mastermind behind unique marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and data-driven pricing strategies to ensure our rooms are consistently filled.If you are a growth hacker who understands both the art of digital storytelling and the science of online travel agencies (OTAs), we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Occupancy & Revenue: Formulate and execute out-of-the-box strategies to maximize room occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall revenue.OTA Optimization & Distribution: Take complete ownership of online channels (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.). Optimize listings, improve rankings, manage reviews, and run high-converting promotions.Creative Digital Marketing: Design and oversee unique marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook) to build brand awareness and drive direct, commission-free bookings.Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Tie up with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses to create steady B2B revenue streams.Dynamic Pricing: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand to implement dynamic pricing models that maximize profitability.Experiential Campaigns: Ideate and execute unique stay packages, local events, or influencer collaborations to make the property a go-to destination.What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Experience: 25 years of proven experience in Growth Marketing, Revenue Management, or Digital Sales within the hospitality or travel industry.OTA Expertise: Deep understanding of OTA algorithms, backend extranets, and channel managers (e.g., STAAH, RateGain, or similar).Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze booking data, website traffic, and market trends to make informed tactical decisions.Creative Thinker: A track record of implementing "non-traditional" or unique marketing ideas that successfully generated business.Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for corporate tie-ups and vendor management.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary with attractive, performance-linked incentives based on occupancy and revenue targets.High level of autonomywe welcome fresh, unconventional ideas and give you the space to execute them.Opportunity to work directly with the business ownership and make a visible, massive impact.
