We are currently seeking part-time candidates with professional kitchen experience to join us as an ala carte hot line lunch/brunch cooks. This crucial role involves the precise execution of all assigned items within the broiler and/or sauté stations, strictly adhering to club recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment to consistently prepare high-quality dishes that reflect the club's distinguished culinary reputation. In addition to the daily service responsibilities, this position may occasionally support private events and banquets, contributing to the seamless production and presentation of special menus. Team members are expected to maintain the highest sanitary standards, follow local health regulations, and assist in the upkeep and organization of their workstations as well as the overall kitchen environment. This role calls for an individual who is highly organized, able to work independently, and demonstrates maturity and good judgment in all aspects of their work. The part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled culinary professionals to enhance their expertise within a respected establishment that values quality and professionalism.
