Property Manager-USC

Job Description Job Description We have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee 92 units/ 3 properties, near the University of Southern California (USC) campus. All properties are located within 1 mile of the office. Opportunity for advancement.

We offer online and in-person training.

Compensation Includes

$23.00-$25.00 per hour

$300.00 Auto Allowance and $25.00 cell phone

Free 1-bedroom apartment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property

Supervise property, staff, and external vendors

Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents

Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.

Conduct unit inspections, including but not limited to move-in and move-out.

Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies

Heavily focused on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.

Monitor the monthly financial budget

Strong leasing experience

Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations Job Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family property management with 80+ units. Student housing experience preferred.

Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Must be available to work one weekend day.

Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. PMA offers a competitive benefits package to full-time employees, including:
