VP of Business Development

<strong>Company Hiring - A national Consumer Products company undergoing significant growth in their markets and based in Buffalo, NY.</strong><br><br><strong>The Job - You will be a key leader for the company's growth strategy to further build on a strong national brand in the food service space as a right hand to the EVP of the organization. You will develop sales and marketing strategies in your categories and work with a strong sales team to execute on the plan as well as manage broker/distributor networks. This role will have significant input into long and short team plan development as well as pricing strategies, new product development, packaging and marketing.</strong><br><br><strong>Key Attributes for Success</strong><br><br><strong>-Strong CPG sales and marketing in foodservice space with demonstrated record for driving growth by region and product line</strong><br><br><strong>-Proven record building productive sales teams and fostering success</strong><br><br><strong>-Excellent communicator who easily interacts with Mfg, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance</strong><br><br><strong>-Strategist and commitment to outstanding customer experience</strong><br><br><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong><br><br>-BS/MBA in Business with emphasis in marketing and consumer products.<br><br>-10-15 years of significant sales and marketing leadership experience with national accounts and brands<br><br>-Team oriented and builder; strong mentorship background and record of building high performing teams<br><br><strong>Salary: $200k base+ strong incentive plan, benefits and relocation</strong><br><br><strong>Job Style: On-site based in Buffalo, NY</strong><br><br><strong>Travel: 50%</strong>
