Financial Analyst Manager - Supply Chain

What you will do

  • Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast supply chain performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making.
  • Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable efficient and effective operations, such as labor plans and unit forecasts.
  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and evaluation of initiatives, including supply chain business cases and market tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, store operations, and customer experience, to gather data and insights for analysis.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing insights for cost optimization.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management.
  • Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of two. Maintain a high bar and support team members development.


What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, accounting, or a related field. Required
  • 6+ years relevant experience Required
  • Experience in financial planning & analysis required
  • Background in supply chain Preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to exercise business judgment and effectively communicate with management. (High proficiency)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. (High proficiency)
  • Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data. (High proficiency)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (High proficiency)
  • Familiarity with industry-leading BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos (Medium proficiency)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. (High proficiency)

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite #LI-MH1
