Managing Director – Leadership & Assessment

Job Description:

  • Deliver world-class executive assessment and coaching solutions to leaders in iconic organizations.
  • Support aligned executive search teams in embedding the latest assessment and coaching solutions for clients.
  • Provide expertise to shape impactful solutions for new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant academic field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Clinical Psychology)
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICF accreditation for coaching; certification in assessment tools/psychometrics)
  • Experience in high-growth consulting and/or professional services environments
  • Assessment and coaching of mid- to senior-level executives
  • Account/client management, including leading the successful implementation of programs
  • Building, maintaining, and expanding senior client relationships (including C-suite)
  • Cross-industry experience (minimum of two industries)
