Job Summary

We are hiring a Logistics Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a logistics and supply chain professional who enjoys improving operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods across transportation, inventory, and distribution channels.

The Logistics Manager will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, reducing costs, improving service levels, and supporting reliable day-to-day operations. This opportunity offers a stable environment where strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills can make a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities

- Manage transportation, inventory, distribution, and related logistics processes to support timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Develop and optimize logistics strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, service levels, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and other key performance metrics.
- Identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use ERP, logistics, or supply chain systems to track activity, analyze data, and support reporting needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $57,000 to $61,000 per year.
- Location: Seattle, WA.
