HR & Office Administration Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations and general administration across our bakery outlets and support office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to maintain seamless coordination between departments to support our growing team and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Human Resources OperationsCoordinate the recruitment process end-to-end: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer roll-out.

Manage smooth employee onboarding and induction, including documentation, system setup, and orientation.

Support in handling exit formalities, full & final settlements, and feedback procedures.

Employee Records & ComplianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS and employee master data.

Track and record attendance, leaves, and absenteeism across outlets and departments.

Ensure all statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, and labor laws.

Policy Implementation & Culture BuildingHelp develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and local legal requirements.

Ensure staff awareness and adherence to policies through periodic communication and training.

Foster a positive work culture, support grievance redressal, and coordinate team-building activities.

Office & Admin ManagementOversee office administrative functions such as maintenance, stationery, courier services, utilities, and vendor coordination.

Ensure clean, safe, and well-equipped workspaces in line with brand standards.

Support travel bookings, event arrangements, and documentation as needed.

HR Coordination for Stores & Production UnitsAct as a point of contact for HR queries from outlets, central kitchens, and production teams.

Coordinate with store and kitchen managers for staffing needs, leave plans, and discipline matters.

Assist in payroll coordination, data preparation, and follow-ups with the finance team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail environments
  • Familiarity with HR software, attendance tracking systems, and MS Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
