Quality Analyst- Clearance & Settlement

Job Description: Quality Analyst Clearance & Settlement Quality Monitoring & Audits: Conduct end-to-end quality audits on clearance and settlement processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory and client-specific guidelines JD QA-Clearance Error Analysis & Root Cause: Identify process gaps, reconciliation errors, and settlement breaks; perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions JD QA-Clearance Reporting & MIS: Prepare detailed quality reports, dashboards, and trend analysis to track performance, compliance levels, and improvement areas JD QA-Clearance Calibration & Stakeholder Coordination: Participate in calibration sessions with Operations, Clients, and Internal Teams to ensure consistent quality standards and interpretations JD QA-Clearance Process Improvement & Compliance: Support continuous process improvement initiatives, update SOPs, and ensure compliance with market regulations, internal controls, and SLAs
