The role involves advising department leaders on employee relations inquiries, facilitating investigations, and promoting initiatives to enhance employee engagement and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Serves as employee relations point of contact to assigned department leaders, faculty, and staff regarding complex as well as day-to-day employee relations inquiries and needs. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills while advising department leaders, faculty and staff regarding policies, regulations, best practices, and recommended courses of action to bring employee relations matters to resolution.
