Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective support throughout the hiring process.
- Source and identify top talent through online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks, to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
- Conduct phone screens and review resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open roles.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers and recruiting coordinators.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient and effective.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed to support the talent acquisition team.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as human resources or recruitment.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, with a track record of success in high-volume recruitment environments.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- The ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
